Teaching others how to Olympic lift or deadlift can be tricky when you're forced to start with regular weights. Beginners throwing 40kg above their head first shot - how could that go wrong?!
Introducing technique plates, which are plastic training plates at both 2.5kg and 5kg increments. Combined with our 8kg or 15kg bars, this can drop your starting weight from 40kg all the way down to 13kg. Much easier!
Made within the strict tolerances which define our whole range.
The Technique Bumpers are suitable to be dropped from waist to shoulder height, and can tolerate missed lifts. To preserve their lifespan, we recommend against continuously dumping lifts, particularly from overhead.
