The Torsonator is a great piece of equipment for full body strength and conditioning, including training the all-important rotational power that is often neglected.

The following is a basic all-round Torsonator program using a single barbell:

Torsonator Twist

This is the ultimate move for developing the rotational power that so many sports require (including martial arts and any throwing or kicking sports).

The benefit of using the Torsonator (as opposed to wedging a barbell into a corner) is that the Torsonator is completely safe: you can load it up as much as you need and you can move as quickly and as forcefully as you want without fear of the barbell slipping (plus it saves your walls).

You want to be explosive as you bring the bar up from your hip, then controlled as you lower it back down to the start position.

Torsonator Lunge and Press

This full body movement will test your balance and stability as it strengthens your legs and shoulders.  You can try passing from one hand to the other at the top to make it a bit more dynamic, or even do a plyo version.

Torsonator Front Squat

This is a really easy way to load up for a front squat without having to worry about having the flexibility to properly rack a barbell.

Torsonator Bent Over Row

Again this is much safer and easier than wedging a barbell into a corner.  You can do a single row or use the T-Bar Handle to do a double row.

Torsonator Rotational Clean and Press

Now you definitely wouldn't want to try this move with a barbell wedged into a corner!  This explosive lift is definitely unique to the Torsonator and gets you moving through several different planes, something that's not easy to do in training.
