Can I call the courier directly?

If your delivery has a tracking number, you can call your carrier directly for more information.
If you don’t have your connote tracking number, feel free to call us on 0409 775 143 to obtain it.

 

How long until my order arrives?

Unfortunately it is hard to accurately predict when your order will get to your door.

Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

 

There is no shipping option available for my area- how can I have my order shipped?

Can I order one complete set of custom bumper plates?

You can; however tooling fees start at $2500.

 

How can I see my TradePass prices?

Simply log into your Iron Edge account on the website, and all prices are available on each item page.

 

I have not received my order confirmation email, where is it?
