- The Fractional Plates aren’t intended to be dropped, they’re best used for machines, bench pressing, etc
- We recommend using Bumper Plates if you want to perform deadlifts, Olympic lifts etc

Can I get just 1 pair
- The Fractional Plates are sold as a set, we don't stock individual pairs

Are these Olympic plates
- All of our equipment is made with Olympic specs (50mm diameter holes) in mind

Can I pick these up
