Thank you for signing up for the Iron Edge Power Band Essentials Workshop. We believe we provide the best kettlebell workshops in Australia and want to help you get the most out of them.

What to bring on the day:

  • Workshop manual (optional: print-out and bring)
  • Comfortable training gear
  • Water bottle
  • Food

Be on time: The workshops will start at their scheduled times. If you are not there we will start without you, and if you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be allowed to join the workshop.
