The Iron Edge Pro Plates are high performance plates without the premium price.

We achieved this by starting with a similar rubber used in our legendary Elite Bumper Plates to ensure hardness, durability and mark resistance. Then to keep the cost down we removed the coloured rubber and replaced the solid steel centre insert with a smaller stainless steel one. The result is a slightly thicker plate (though not as thick as many of the others on the market) than an equivalent Elite Bumper Plate as more rubber is required to compensate for the smaller insert.

They perform like any good plate should and will endure daily abuse from all but the most demanding Commercial Gyms, CrossFit boxes and Weightlifting Centres. Ideal for those launching a PT Studio or CrossFit box on a budget and for the home enthusiast.

The Iron Edge Pro Plates. We won't pretend they are the equal of our Elite Bumper Plates, but at an entry level they are simply the best value plate you will find.

The Barbell Jack takes the energy sapping work out of loading and unloading the bar. It works on a simple lever principle. Just slide it under the barbell and press. The weight plates are lifted from the floor, making them easy to remove or add. The Barbell Jack features a special polythene protection at the bar contact points so that you will not damage your knurling.

It’s also low-tech and easier to use than tying the laces on your lifting shoes. Anybody for whom grip is the vital link between them and their implement – Olympic lifters, Gireviks, Strongmen and so on – need to use it.
