FAQ's

I’m missing items. Have they been sent?

  • The most likely cause is TOLL have split your order.
  • This can be checked by clicking on TOLL’s tracking and entering your consignment number (should read 6866…. Or 270….)
    • Note the number of items in the top right corner, and check the drop down box where it says delivered.
  • Normally when this happens, the remainder is delivered within a couple days.
    • TOLL can be contacted on 13 33 66 (opt. 5) to launch an enquiry.
    • If you find this drags on, please let us know and we can handle this on your behalf.

 

Can I pick this up?

  • We are an online only company, and do not have a physical shop. We’re unable to accommodate pick ups at this stage.
    • We can ship all over Australia however.

My order’s been sent. Can I change the address?

  • If possible, we recommend sticking with the original address to make sure deliveries occurs ASAP.
  • If this must be changed, this can be done by contacting TOLL on 13 33 66, or Australia Post on 13 11 18
    • If you experience any issues, please let us know and we can handle this on your behalf.

Can I add items to my order?

  • If an order has been sent or is being prepared, we won’t be able to add anything to your order.
  • If you have items on backorder, we may be able to organise something.
  • It’s not as easy as putting an extra item in a satchel / pallet however. To ensure your order is processed as intended it is preferred that no changes are made once your order is put through.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery can only be made within Australia, and up to 20kg to New Zealand (via Australia Post).

Delivery times are only guidelines, not guarantees. Iron Edge will not offer compensation for deliveries that do not arrive within the specified time frames.

All deliveries are authorised to leave, unless instructed otherwise.

We aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible. However, we do not have control over your order once it has been passed to the courier company. Some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Iron Edge will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the location within Australia. Australia Post and TOLL IPEC will typically ship same day if ordered by 1pm (Monday-Friday). Larger orders may take longer. In order to ensure fast and efficient delivery times, we recommend having your goods delivered to a business address if possible.

Next business day delivery.
Conditions:

  1. Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
  2. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
  3. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.

Bulk movements with (over 200kg to home and business addresses): Please note that a business address has to be located in a business district. If you work from home, this does not make your residential address a business address.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can’t be left at location (drivers discretion) they will be taken back to the nearest depot where you will need to collect goods at your convenience. Resending goods will incur extra charges. Please provide shipping directions in space provided during checkout.
Iron Edge will not be liable for any failure to deliver ordered goods or any delay in doing so. Furthermore, Iron Edge have no liability for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance outside our control including, but not limited to: strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, natural disasters.
Please be aware that we cannot accept any claim for damages caused by the carrier once you have signed for the goods “received in good condition” or words to this affect that appears on the carrier’s paperwork/delivery notes.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full or the terms agreed upon.
  2. If a tail gate is required for delivery please contact us for details. This will incur additional fees (automatic tailgate fee charge for any orders over 110kg.)
  3. Please note that this website currently supports Australia-wide shipping only. Prices are all in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax. For international orders, you will be responsible for organising and booking your own courier. Please email [email protected] for more information.
  4. If one item on your order is backordered, the whole order will be dispatched when the backordered item is back in stock. If you would like the order shipped in separate lots you may incur additional shipping charges. Please email [email protected] if you would like further information.
  5. On occasion your order will not be delivered in full (generally the case with barbells), please wait a day before notifying us, as usually the remainder of your order will be delivered the following business day.
  6. Iron Edge does not have control over the delivery time or date and the courier company may not be able to fulfil special instructions. If you have questions about delivery time or date or whether special instructions can be fulfilled, please contact us.

 

SHIPPING OF BULK ORDERS (OVER 110KG)

  1. A tail gate fee will be charged if the delivery is too large (automatic with any order over 110kg) to hand unload or a forklift is not available.
  2. Someone is required to be at the destination to accept delivery.
  3. You may be required to help unload the delivery if there is no tail gate or forklift available.
  4. You will be charged a redelivery fee if no-one is home at the time of delivery. Alternatively you can pick up the order from the nearest depot.
  5. Bulk orders may take slightly longer to dispatch due to packing delays. Please allow an extra day for dispatch when ordering over 110kg.

 

LOCAL PICK-UPS

Iron Edge does not have an option for orders to be picked up sorry.
